John Kerr

John embarked on his professional journey by joining his family's business immediately after graduating from USC in 1985. Little did he know that this would mark the beginning of a long and illustrious career. 
In 1990, upon his father's retirement, John assumed full control of Kerr Floors, inheriting a rich family legacy in the flooring business. As the owner and president of Kerr Floors, the company's work can be seen throughout Southern California. Under John's leadership, Kerr Floors has done extensive work for churches, restaurants, boutiques, skating rinks, residential properties, and commercial businesses. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, John's indelible legacy is evident in many commercial establishments in SoCal.
After an illustrious 33-year tenure leading Kerr Floors as Owner and President, John has entered a semi-retired phase, passing on the torch to new leadership. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the flooring industry, John continues to guide the company as a consultant and mentor. John's continued involvement as a consultant and mentor underscores his commitment to the future of Kerr Floors.

Jon Changkachith

Meet Jon, the new owner and president of Kerr Floors. With a rich background in entrepreneurship, Jon brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role. Having been involved in a few startups, he possesses a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with building and growing businesses.
Jon received his bachelor's degree from Vassar College, where he honed his critical thinking and communication skills. He further enhanced his expertise with an MBA from Cal State University Fullerton.
Notably, Jon's experience as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of e-PlanSoft, a cloud-based electronic construction management system, positions him as a visionary leader for Kerr Floors. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with his strategic vision, will steer the company towards new opportunities and growth. With his diverse experiences and educational background, Jon is poised to lead Kerr Floors with confidence, ensuring its success for many years to come.

Donna Henrichsen

Meet Donna, a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the flooring industry, who is a valuable asset to Kerr Floors. Her extensive tenure in the business has equipped her with a deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of the flooring trade. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Donna consistently delivers exceptional results, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the continued success of Kerr Floors. Her multifaceted skills encompass a wide range of areas within the company; from accounting and bookkeeping to human resources, project management, and customer service. 
Did we mention that she rides a Harley-Davidson? She enjoys wave jumping across the Colorado River on her jet ski. Known for her no-nonsense approach, Donna is admired for her honesty and direct communication style. Phuong Dao

Phuong is an accomplished industry expert with a rich and diverse background in the flooring industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Kerr Floors. His journey in this field is marked by a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on expertise. Prior to joining Kerr Floors, Phuong was a partner of Oracle Tile and Stone, where he developed a reputation for excellence in managing complex projects and delivering superior results. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA, which provides a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.
Outside of his professional life, Phuong is an avid tennis player. Additionally, Phuong is fervently passionate about the outdoors, particularly when it comes to fishing. His enthusiasm for casting lines and seeking out the perfect catch borders on obsession, always eager to seize any opportunity to indulge in his favorite pastime. Yet, despite his deep love for fishing, Phuong's true dedication lies in customer service. He values exceeding expectations and ensuring client satisfaction above all else.
